About Me

I guess you could say I began web development back in 1996 when I first learned HTML and created my first website on geocities. I mastered HTML, Javascript, and styles by the end of this project.

I went to college at Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, Pennslyvania and studied Computer Science with Mathematics, and Fine Arts as minors. During this time I learned the foundations of programming, computer systems, and developed a great deal of attention to detail. The program language that I used mostly was C++ and C# on a unix system. I also dabbled a bit with PHP and Python during this time. I worked on the LHU Boxing website and the Phi Mu Delta website during my time at LHU. I was also a member of the Association for Computing Machinery student club and PC Users Group

After graduation I worked at several development firms. While working at Cimbrian I was introduced to the .NET platform and learned C#.NET and VisualBasic.NET. Worked with several Content Management Systems including Dynamic Site Framework (DSF), DotNetNuke (DNN), and AspDotNetStoreFront. I also helped to create several custom Content Management Systems.

While at another development firm, Pipeline Interactive, I learned ColdFusion and Oracle. I fine tuned my .NET skills while working at Pipeline and quickly stepped up to becoming one of the Lead Developers.

Today I mainly consider myself a .NET developer and do mostly custom .NET projects but also do a few smaller projects as well.
